The larger structural signal came from the completed acquisition of Eucalyptus, Australia's largest direct-to-consumer telehealth platform, by US-listed consumer health company Hims and Hers. The transaction, which closed on June 2, 2026, was valued at up to $1.15 billion. Galen Growth identified it as the largest disclosed ANZ healthtech merger and acquisition event on record.
